I studied Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Machine Learning and Deep Learning — training that taught me to see business problems as optimization problems with quantifiable solutions.
Before founding ScopeMetrix, I spent years at the intersection of technology and business strategy — at EY and Senacor Technologies, advising enterprise clients across financial services, automotive, and the public sector. Across every engagement, I noticed the same pattern: companies that invested millions in operations, product, and marketing treated pricing as an afterthought.
For agencies, this problem is especially acute. Project-based businesses face a unique pricing challenge: every deal is different, scope is inherently uncertain, and the cost of underpricing is invisible until it's too late.
ScopeMetrix applies the quantitative methods from my engineering and ML background — Bayesian statistics, stochastic modeling, Monte Carlo simulation — to a problem that has been traditionally solved with spreadsheets and intuition. The result: pricing decisions backed by evidence, not hope.
