Proposal check, free

Before you send that proposal.

Upload one proposal as a PDF. I check eleven things that can cost you money later and send back what you should change before it goes out, with the reasoning and the place in the document. There is no questionnaire: the information is already in your proposal.

What you get back

  • The most important change first, with the reasoning and the passage in the document it refers to. The rest below it, ordered by weight.
  • Checked are scope, payment mechanics, deadlines and your negotiating position. All eleven points are in the document you have already written.
  • The report names a figure only if that figure is in your proposal. Where the data does not support a statement, it says so instead of estimating.
  • Plus a short video walkthrough from me, no generated file. That is why there are five a month. Expect two working days.

One PDF is enough. Word or whatever you have works too, exactly as you send it out. Redact anything you would rather not show, I do not need client names.

The check runs by machine, the judgement is mine. You get the most important change as a short video walkthrough, not a generated file.

What happens to the files: they go straight into my mailbox as attachments and are stored nowhere else, neither in a database nor with a cloud service. I run the numbers, build your video from them, and delete the originals afterwards, at the latest after 90 days. Anonymised metrics stay in the DACH benchmark with no link to you or your clients. Nothing is passed to third parties. Deletion on request at any time via till@scopemetrix.com.
